Colombia is a diverse group of growing regions spread from North to South along the three "cordilleras," the mountain ranges that are the Northern extensions of the Andes. Colombian coffees can be outstanding. The best regions are know as MAM (Medellin ,Armenia and Manizales ) Their coffee is known for its rich, mild flavor that comes from the perfect climate and elevation. As you may have heard before, coffee grows best in volcanic soil, at 1,200-1,800 meter elevation, in places that are free of frost but receive around 80 inches (200 cm) of rain a year. Colombia checks all those boxes. We Prefer the distinct taste that Medellin offers with its Silky body, cane sugar sweetness, floral hints and traces of tropical fruits It’s a great cup.
